MOSAIC by UngerAI · Business need to technology solution

Bring a business need. Build the right solution.

An employee or sponsor brings an issue or an opportunity. They may have a detailed request or only a high-level goal. MOSAIC uncovers the needs and requirements, evaluates technology options, and carries the chosen solution through build, testing, release and operation.

What MOSAIC is

MOSAIC stands for Multi-customer Orchestration System for Adaptive Intake and Continuous Delivery.

It is a configurable enterprise operating system for the full software development lifecycle. Like a mosaic, it assembles business demand, requirements, architecture, cybersecurity, code, testing, documentation, controls, approvals, production deployment, operational turnover and performance evidence into one connected system.

Bounded AI work Evidence at every gate Humans retain authority

One governed lifecycle

From the first request to production ownership—and every controlled decision between.

Each stage has defined inputs, reusable templates, accountable owners, required evidence, quality gates and completion criteria. Work does not silently advance when a control fails, evidence is missing or an approval is no longer valid.

  1. 01
    Business demand & intake

Problem, users, outcomes, constraints, source evidence and accountable sponsor.

  2. 02
    Requirements & planning

Functional, data, privacy, security, accessibility, reliability and acceptance requirements.

  3. 03
    Architecture & secure design

Options, decisions, threat modeling, integrations, records, environments and recovery design.

  4. 04
    Implementation & configuration

Bounded work packages, reusable templates, code, infrastructure, reviews and correction records.

  5. 05
    Verification & cyber assurance

Unit, integration, end-to-end, accessibility, performance, security and recovery evidence.

  6. 06
    Documentation & production deployment

Release evidence, approvals, deployment plan, rollback, user guidance and exact-version promotion.

  7. 07
    Operational & cybersecurity turnover

Runbooks, monitoring, support ownership, access model, incident response and security handoff.

  8. 08
    Service management & improvement

Reliability, incidents, problems, changes, cost, business results and prioritized improvement.

A complete delivery operating model

Configure the system once. Apply governance everywhere. Improve with every release.

MOSAIC replaces fragmented documents, disconnected tools and one-off AI experiments with a configurable delivery system. Organizations define how work should enter, what templates and controls apply, what evidence is required, who may approve it and how released software is operated.

01

Configured control plane

Define customers, products, lifecycle variants, roles, gates, evidence requirements, environments and approval authorities without rebuilding the system.

02

Structured lifecycle templates

Standardize intake, requirements, architecture, cybersecurity, testing, release, documentation, runbook and turnover packages with controlled tailoring.

03

End-to-end traceability

Connect business demand to requirements, designs, controls, code, tests, defects, approvals, release records and production outcomes.

04

Governed AI execution

Coordinate specialized AI agents and automation within explicit permissions, bounded tasks, review points and accountable human authority.

05

Compliance & cyber assurance

Operationalize applicable policies and frameworks as owned controls, secure-development practices, tests, findings, exceptions and retained evidence.

06

Production & service ownership

Connect deployment, documentation, operational turnover, cybersecurity handoff, monitoring, recovery, incidents, cost and business results.

Built for repeatability and scale

A reusable system for many customers, products and delivery paths.

MOSAIC separates the stable operating model from the variables that change. The organization keeps one governed lifecycle while configuration selects the customer, product, templates, data rules, integrations, evidence requirements, environments and approval authorities.

Configure
Customers, products, roles, rules, integrations and environments
Template
Requirements, designs, controls, tests, releases and runbooks
Execute
Bounded AI and automation with visible human decision gates
Prove
Connected evidence from source request through production outcome

Configured compliance and assurance

Frameworks become operating controls—not shelfware.

MOSAIC structures and retains the evidence needed to demonstrate adherence to the policies, regulations, contracts and standards selected for a customer and product. It maps obligations to owners, requirements, controls, secure-development practices, tests, findings, exceptions, approvals and production records across the full lifecycle.

Important boundary: MOSAIC supports compliance adherence, audit readiness and accountable decision-making. It does not replace legal or compliance authorities, and it does not claim that a project or organization is certified.

  1. 01
    Interpret obligations

Record which laws, policies, standards and contractual duties apply—and which do not.

  2. 02
    Translate them into requirements

Turn obligations into specific behaviors, safeguards, owners and measurable acceptance rules.

  3. 03
    Verify the controls

Connect each control to tests, review findings, corrections and retained evidence.

  4. 04
    Gate the release

Prevent unresolved failures, changed assumptions or missing human approval from looking like success.

  5. 05
    Preserve accountability

Keep operating ownership, incidents, recovery actions and residual-risk decisions visible.

Your private access

Three steps to enter the demonstration.

1

Receive an invitation

There is no public registration. The administrator enters your exact Microsoft-account email in Azure Role Management and privately sends you the generated invitation link.

2

Accept with that account

Open the invitation before it expires and sign in with the exact Microsoft account that was invited. This confirms your access.

3

Return and sign in

Return to this page and select “Sign in with Microsoft.” The website confirms that your account has permission before showing the private demonstration.

Use a different Microsoft account

  1. Log out of this MOSAIC portal.
  2. If Microsoft automatically selects the wrong account, sign out of Microsoft in a separate tab.
  3. Close that tab, return here, and sign in with the invited account.

Portal logout removes this website's session. Microsoft logout can also affect other Microsoft applications in this browser. Clearing the browser cache is not required and will not grant access.

Tracking and access records. This private portal records page usage under a pseudonymous application user ID. It also retains the signed-in account, provider, roles, and observed login time for 90 days so the administrator can review access. See the privacy and telemetry notice.
