MOSAIC by UngerAIAdaptive intake through continuous delivery

MOSAIC by UngerAI · Invitation-only executive demonstration

Turn business intent into software leaders can trust.

Follow one business need from the first conversation through requirements, design, working software, independent testing, accountable release, reliable operation and measured results—without losing the evidence behind a decision.

The name

MOSAIC stands for Multi-customer Orchestration System for Adaptive Intake and Continuous Delivery.

Like a mosaic, it assembles many separate pieces—business goals, requirements, architecture, code, tests, controls, approvals and operating evidence—into one connected delivery picture.

Bounded AI work Evidence at every gate Humans retain authority

Why MOSAIC exists

One connected system—not a chain of disconnected AI tools.

Most delivery failures happen in the gaps: the requirement that never reaches engineering, the control that is checked too late, the test result separated from the release decision, or the operational promise with no accountable owner. MOSAIC keeps those relationships visible from beginning to end.

01

Start with the business outcome

Technology is not the starting point. MOSAIC first clarifies the problem, the people affected, the measurable result and the limits of the work.

02

Govern AI with evidence

AI agents perform bounded tasks. Their outputs remain connected to sources, requirements, tests, corrections and the people authorized to approve the next step.

03

Operate what you release

The story continues after deployment. Ownership, monitoring, recovery, incidents, cost and business results remain part of the same evidence trail.

Compliance adherence by design

Controls are mapped. Evidence is preserved. Decisions are attributable.

MOSAIC helps an organization follow its approved policies, regulatory obligations and engineering standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Instead of treating compliance as a final checklist, it connects each applicable obligation to an owner, requirement, control, test, evidence record and approval decision.

Important boundary: MOSAIC supports compliance adherence, audit readiness and accountable decision-making. It does not replace legal or compliance authorities, and it does not claim that a project or organization is certified.

  1. 01
    Interpret obligations

Record which laws, policies, standards and contractual duties apply—and which do not.

  2. 02
    Translate them into requirements

Turn obligations into specific behaviors, safeguards, owners and measurable acceptance rules.

  3. 03
    Verify the controls

Connect each control to tests, review findings, corrections and retained evidence.

  4. 04
    Gate the release

Prevent unresolved failures, changed assumptions or missing human approval from looking like success.

  5. 05
    Preserve accountability

Keep operating ownership, incidents, recovery actions and residual-risk decisions visible.

Your private access

Three steps to enter the demonstration.

1

Receive an invitation

There is no public registration. The administrator enters your exact Microsoft-account email in Azure Role Management and privately sends you the generated invitation link.

2

Accept with that account

Open the invitation before it expires and sign in with the exact Microsoft account that was invited. This confirms your access.

3

Return and sign in

Return to this page and select “Sign in with Microsoft.” The website confirms that your account has permission before showing the private demonstration.

Use a different Microsoft account

  1. Log out of this MOSAIC portal.
  2. If Microsoft automatically selects the wrong account, sign out of Microsoft in a separate tab.
  3. Close that tab, return here, and sign in with the invited account.

Portal logout removes this website's session. Microsoft logout can also affect other Microsoft applications in this browser. Clearing the browser cache is not required and will not grant access.

Tracking and access records. This private portal records page usage under a pseudonymous application user ID. It also retains the signed-in account, provider, roles, and observed login time for 90 days so the administrator can review access. See the privacy and telemetry notice.
